smile Me and my family are great-full for the able and efficient services rendered by 5 star travel. Our particular aknowledgment goes to Ms. Nermine for her dedication and follow-up from the inception of our tour up until we arrive at our home. Further Mr. Tamere's daily concern and follow-up also have a special place in our memory. Indeed me and my family had had memorable stay in Egypt and we are contemplating to book a visit with 5 star trave.

For the second time I sign this Guest Book because I want to inform all about the real five star service of Five Star Travel Agency. Last year and this year too our trip was perfectly organised by Nermine and we have had the best assistance from all Five Star Travel representatives. I'll sure ask this Agency to organise all my next visits in Egypt.

I had a great trip in Egypt travelling with Five Star Travel.
The local guide in Luxor, Shady, helped me a lot.
When I said I was a vegetarian, he quickly changed the lunch menu. The restaurant was very clean and beautiful. Usually, Japanese people like clean places and the restaurant has no problem about it.
And I wasn't bothered by local people asking for bakhseesh because Shady protected me so that I could relax and have enough time to see the sites.

The hotel I stayed (Nile Palace) was amazing. It was much better than a 5 star hotel I stayed in Hawai. I could enjoy the swimming pool, shopping, dinner and the belly dance show in the patio.

I had a rough time in Cairo by walking around by myself, so I was so much relieved in Luxor with the help of Five Star Travel.

Honestly, I didn't expect a lot because the price for this private tour is not so high comparing to other companies but now I'm sure the service I received was more than the price.

I'd like to ask for your help again when I visit Egypt next time. Thank you for all of the people in Five Star Travel.

Hi everyone at Five Star.

We have just returned from our holiday with you and want to tell the world that it was the Best holiday ever. smile
The organisation was excellent - everything we asked for and much more.We were so well looked after and made to feel special.
Thanks to Nermine, Tamer, Omar, Tony (cool shades cool ) and especially to Hussein - the most knowledgable, friendly and funny guide ever.
To anyone reading this - we totally recommend Five Star. From our experience, you won't be disappointed.

i Nermin,
Both me and my wife enjoyed the trip.Thanks to the efforts of your team.
The highpoints of your organization was:
-Each of your reps were extremely punctual, friendly and time-sensitive.
-The cuisine on the Nile cruise was of a very high order,even for us vegetarians.
-Each of the guides – Waleed, Sahar and Amel were very knowledgeable and friendly.
-Your transportation arrangements in all the places were very comfortable.

The places which you could improve upon were the following:
1) The last day at Aswan was totally unnecessary and most inconvenient,as there s nothing much to do and no place to rest. You must advise me that :
-This day is good ONLY if you are doing Abu Simbel
- make it a 8 day trip instead of 9 days
-or use the extra day at Cairo which has other attractions.
2) The hotel at Cairo – Amarante was also very disappointing.Its location is terrible for a tourist.far from anything interesting.You must keep your guests near downtown.Staff seemed untrained and the plumbing is a nightmare.You will appreciate that I do not want to spend 3 hours of my 2 days tending to flooded bathrooms on vacation, and becoming stressful.
3) Nile Admiral should be advised,that in such a romantic setting they have used the most unromantic beds.
Other than the above points, our overall trip was lovely and we would recommend it to others.
